Drop-in every Tuesday from 1PM till 4PM - Pop in for a drink and some food, meet people
                                                           and have Client workers on hand to discuss
                                                           any concerns you have

Walk group most Fridays 11AM-Afternoon - This is a small friendly walk group that you can                                                                     join whenever you feel like, walks take place
                                                            around parks, wildlife reserves and stately                                                                         homes
All other times by appointment
